All Users, including Coaches, can change their passwords through the program's Forgot Password option; this guide will show them the complete steps.

Click on Forgot Your Username or Password? in the Login Screen to start the process.

Check your inbox for the email sent with the reset link (see the example below).

The link will then bring you to this page to enter your new password.

Clicking the "Change Password" button will redirect you to the confirmation page.

Another way for Coaches to change passwords is by coordinating with Conference/Stats Administrators who have access to the 'Permission' tab to update them in the system manually.

They can go to the Permission tab and select the coach that needs to change the password.
