Parents can stay updated with School Events and receive Email or Text reminders/alerts about their preferred activities with the Notify Me feature of the Activity Scheduler. This guide will show you how to get signed up and set up the Event Reminders.

To start, open your School Athletic Calendar (AS) website and from there:
1.  Click “Notify Me” to register or edit your preferences (If you are already subscribed.)

2.  The next screen allows you to create an account or log in. For new Users, follow these steps:

My Account Screen – New Users will be led to this screen to enter the information required to receive the Event reminders via Email or Text message. Existing Users can also go back to this screen if needed.

Choose Activity Screen – Select and check off the activities you want to keep track of and click Continue to Next Step. Existing Users will see this screen after logging in.

A. Categories List – This list lets you filter the Activities per Category. These Categories are related to the School-Only Events displayed on the right side of the screen.
B. Conference/Team Schedule Events – Select the competitive events of your interest.

Setup Notification Preferences - Set up how many hours/days ahead you want to be reminded about the Event. The Schedule Changes Notifications option allows you to receive notifications of any Event change. Click the Save My Settings button to save the changes. Go back to this screen if you want to modify settings in the future.
