This guide provides the steps on how to add links for digital tickets, video livestreams, and radio broadcasts to events.
To begin, log in as an Administrator and go to schedules to select an event to edit.
A. Edit the event directly from the administrative calendar:
Note: After clicking on the Store button, save the event you are editing.
Once the links are saved, an icon is displayed:
B. Edit the event from the Team Schedules module:
The icon is added in the “Notes” column after saving the event:
When Parents and Patrons visit the public calendar, they will find the links attached to the event.
