How to Create Schedules
March 2025

This guide provides the step-by-step instructions on how to create your schedules.

In the beginning, it is recommended to add your events in the Team Schedules module. This is useful when 1) you are the only school using the Activity Scheduler in your Conference and 2) most of your competitive events are non-conference.

To get started, log in as an Administrator and go to Team Schedules:

Note: For the Gender setting, choose Boys or Girls ONLY if each has a team for this sport and don't play together. Otherwise, gender should be N/A.

After clicking Save and continue, you can start adding your events in this worksheet:

Click the plus (+) sign to add opponents, host schools, or locations that are not in the list.

In your list of events, you can click on Edit to modify the event:

If the schedule is published, the notification screen displays when editing the event.

Here’s how your list of schedules looks:

To avoid confusion, ONLY current school year schedules show to the public calendar. If your browser has a pop-up blocker, the schedule will not show up. As a one-time process, you need to "Always Allow Pop-Ups" from this site. Ask your IT person for help, if required.

For Coop Team events, when Administrators add games involving Coop Teams, those events are merged into an existing Team Schedule with the same Activity, Gender, Level, and Season (AGLS). This feature prevents the duplication of Schedules.

Conference Scheduling
Conference Scheduling works the same way, except that you are writing the schedule for your whole Conference. In most Leagues, the Conference Commissioner or Executive Secretary creates the Conference Schedules, or each AD is designated with 1-2 schedules and creates them for the whole Conference using the Conference Schedules module.
