This Start-Up Guide provides the steps to:
-    Set up a Coop Team in the Activity Scheduler (Commissioners)
-    How to schedule an event for the Coop Team (Administrators)


Set up a Coop Team (Commissioners)
Log in as a Commissioner and go to Setup> Coop Teams, then click on the Add New Coop button.
From the list, select the schools that are a part of the Coop Team; write the team’s name, and click Continue.
The newly added Coop Team is now included on the list.

 

How to schedule an event for the Coop Team (Administrators)
Log in as an Administrator/ Athletic Director to create an event for Conference/ Non-Conference Schedules.

The Event is shown in all the Schools’ schedules that belong to the Coop Team.
