Activities Scheduler Mobile App Start-Up Guide for Coaches

From the Activity Scheduler’s Mobile App, you can send messages or emails to the desired recipients, as many as you like and to whoever you like, if it is on the system. Coaches View
Once you log in as a Coach, tap on the Message Center (the option with the envelope icon). Select Contacts from Notify Me or Other Contacts to add the recipients of the message. If you want to send a message to everyone, click on CHECK ALL. If not, select only the group you are interested in viewing.
Once a group is selected, different options regarding Athletic Teams and School Only Activities show.
You can narrow down the recipients by Athletic Team or Activity or select them all.
After tapping on DONE, you can select more recipients or move forward.
Once you tap the SHOW button, it shows a list of people in your database related to the team, sport, activity, or group you have previously selected.
On both options, you can write a message and apply another filter. Tap on the blue pencil icon to edit the list of recipients.
The email list will appear after tapping on the blue pencil icon. If a recipient is missing, tap on +Add to add more.
Then, type in the message and tap the icon on the top right to send it.
