In RefView, Assigners can still change or reassign Officials for games that have not been rescheduled or modified. Sometimes, Officials are unresponsive or decline the contract; hence, they need to be removed and substituted by someone else.
This guide will help them remove the Officials and assign new ones for the event.
To get started, log in using your username and password and go to the Games tab:
On this screen, remove and replace the Official/s at once by clicking the “X” icon in the Remove column and checking off the box for the newly elected official in the My Officials or All Officials tab:
The system prompt will ask you to confirm your action:
You can now send the contract to the newly selected Official.
To simply remove an Official from the Selected Officials list, follow the same process, then click the “X” icon in the Remove column and save.
