RefView 

This Start-up Guide will guide the Conference Commissioners how to set RefView to automatically generate Officials’ assignments with the Auto Assign option in the Games tab.
Access this feature by going to Calendar: Officials module> Games tab:

Note: Job/Position displays the list added from Setup> Assigning and Pay Parameters.
Official Classification displays the list added from Setup> My Official Classification.

This prompt will show if the selected Activity is not set up in Assign and Pay Parameters:

Generated assignments are shown in the Auto Assign Officials History:

Click the Finalize button to go ahead with the generated assignments, and Delete to redo it.
Note: Only the Officials in the My Officials list will be auto-assigned to the generated games with a maximum of three games per Official each School/Position and a maximum of two games each day.

Visit the Result page to review the finalized games:

Note: In the result column, the green √ mark shows that the assignment is successfully saved.
The red X mark shows that the assignment is skipped because it has been manually assigned during process.

Finalized auto-assignments are displayed in the Games tab and can be edited here:
